The traditional glass ceiling is not the only obstacle women face as they climb the entrepreneurial ladder. Lack of mentors & advisors is another major setback for female founders on the blockchain. Women have an important role to play in this space, but they aren’t given access or opportunities.

Web 3.0 is dominated by men.
Female Founders are still underrepresented.

The Web 3.0 ecosystem is growing & changing. We are seeing more women enter the space & create new products, platforms, protocols etc. However there is not yet a way to connect them all together in one place where they can learn from each other’s experiences, share resources & collaborate on projects.
